May we take this opportunity to introduce our company to you, which was established to supply speciality and general groceries, non-foods and disposables to leading Hotels, Restaurants, Clubs, Public Houses and Caterers throughout East Anglia.
Our policy was, and still remains, to provide a wide range of top quality goods, and giving excellent customer service unequalled by our competitors.
We have been able to maintain these high standards by remaining a comparatively small company, employing well trained staff, using new and well maintained plant and equipment, and believing at all times our most important asset is you, our customer.
We deliver on set journey routes, daily in Norwich and the immediate surrounds but at least weekly, if not twice weekly, to all other areas within our range. Orders should be placed by mid-morning the day before delivery. We offer a Tele-sales service and have an answering service for emergencies or additional items. In certain circumstances we offer discounts for quantity and/or prompt payment, or we would be pleased to quote special prices for a limited number of lines.
Anglia Culinary Suppliers Ltd. was established in 1969 by the present Chairman whose career began in the Food Halls of Harrods where his commitment to quality, range, and customer care was gained. Richard Wells then joined a firm of London wholesale grocers, working in all departments, supplying hotels, restaurants and all types of catering outlets in the West End and City of London, with speciality and general groceries.
This commitment to quality and service remains today and will, in the future, be the foundation for the continued success in the market place for Anglia Culinary Suppliers Ltd. by the next generation of management lead by Nicolas Wells (Managing Director). Nicolas trained and worked in Restaurant Management, both locally and abroad, before joining ACS, and is responsible for sales, customer care and market development. Andrew Taylor, a former chef, is buyer and general manager.
